Stephen Gallagher
As Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Gallagher is responsible for all elements of the North American operations, with a particular focus on strategic direction, commercial activities, and finance.
Thomas Deedy
As Chief Operating Officer, Tom Deedy is accountable for operations and construction for the North American Platform, spanning over 185 renewable power facilities. In this role, he manages health, safety, security, and environmental matters.
Michael Tebbutt
As Chief Financial Officer, Michael Tebbutt oversees all finance activities for the North American Platform, including, financial reporting, taxation, capital markets, and technology functions.
William Fyfe
As General Counsel, William Fyfe oversees legal compliance, risk management, corporate governance, and transaction execution matters for the North American Platform.
Oded Hirsch
As Chief Risk Officer, Oded Hirsch directs the management of market, generation, credit & EMR (Energy Marketing & Risk) operational risks. His group governs Compliance with market regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies, leads the enterprise risk management and insurance programs, and provides support with quantitative modelling, generation asset management, and coordination of key processes across the North American Platform.
Brian Krall
As Chief Commercial Officer, Brian Krall manages all commercial initiatives including trading, origination, business development, asset optimization, regulatory affairs, and policy.
Zachary Moran
As Head of Human Resources, Zachary Moran directs all HR functions of the North American Platform, including organizational development and strategic workforce planning, execution of HR initiatives that support business growth and employee well-being, and implementation of data-driven HR solutions.
